Proper Beer (and other drinks)

We choose our beers for their quality, craftsmanship and interest. Our own-label house ale “The Writer’s Block” is a lovely dry hopped pale ale designed to accompany our famous bar snacks and is brewed by Anarchy Brewery.

We have frequently changing guest ales on hand pull and beers on tap. An interesting selection of bottled beers from around the world, some of them iconic some are new brews.

Our spirit shelves are filled with an extensive selection of Gin, Whisky and Rum. We serve 14 wines by the glass to suit most tastes and a list containing wines from around the world with our cellar selection focusing on the Old World with an ever changing list of clarets.
